There's no reason I can see of keeping the preview small. If there's space on screen and more jobs running that can fit, it makes sense (I think) to grow the preview instead of adding scroll bars (until the screen runs out of course).

Also, jobs in progress should rise to the top of the list, over jobs that are complete.
