title, there's legitimately nothing more i can say other than that behavior data seems outright ignored outside of making sure it properly loads

Wait, what? Behavior frequencies are used and are not currently on any todo lists.
It is used in select_behavior_from_pool and mascot_build_behavior_pool functions

I'll reopen then. I saw configuration on the TODO and figured that it referred to literal behavior config instead of runtime selective configuration.

No matter what frequencies are set they seem to follow the exact same basic behaviour of optionally performing one action and then immediately gluing themselves to walls and the ceiling and never dropping even if fall frequency is specified and weighted to be possible. Changing the frequency of actions such as splitting or climbing has no discernible effect and seemingly does nothing, and they'll perform them at frequency 0.

Outright removing certain behaviours pre-or-post conversion will also (as expected) cause the prototype to fail to load.

I'll do more testing to see if it's just an environment or config thing on my end. I'm running under kwin-wayland if that helps.
