Plots of Seasonal or Diurnal averages over globe or region

ClimaAnalysis could provide functions to visualize the seasonal or diurnal patterns of an OutputVar.
This has been done manually in ClimaLand.

Such function could be generalized, akin to the existing contour2D_on_globe!(fig, var), and would require for example more than a year of var data for seasonal, resolution lower than 24h for diurnal, etc. (and return a clear error message otherwise).
