Improve temperature sensor detection on Windows

sysinfo seems to be unable to grab sensor data for certain types of hardware, as well as needing admin (though I don't know if that can be avoided). See GuillaumeGomez/sysinfo#596 for more details. This has been a longstanding annoyance with using bottom on Windows and a frequent source of questions (for example, #1459), but from bottom's side there's no real resolution since we are currently fully dependant on sysinfo for this.

Other software is able to do this, LibreHardwareMonitor seems like it has code for multiple types of hardware to do so. We might have to write our own temp component library and/or implement it into sysinfo upstream.
