I figured out what it does. It's selecting which graph is displayed. |

Why doesn't the all line in cpu widget show a use %. I thought that's what it was supposed to say, but looking at the demo it also doesn't have a use %. I almost filed a bug report, because I thought it wasn't intended behavior. My real question is why's the all line there? It doesn't seem to display any info.
