Multiple character orokin/1999 glyphs (aye, dh, ng) are inaccessible in Manual mode

thank you for even adding this mode in the first place, though :)

(oh and the bottom of the default /h/ is cut off if there are only vowels+whitespace on the row, but that feels kinda minor)

just noticed that it was a pull request, but don't know the etiquette for posting issues on someone's branch of a repo, so i might come back in a while with a pull request of my own
