Skip intermediary button when not on mobile platform

We only have an intermediary button page because platforms like android won't open a Twitter web intent in the app (instead opting for a browser page) if the url is typed directly. Clicking a link to open the web intent page allows it to intelligently launch the app, which is nice.

There's no benefit to that page on desktop, so could just auto-redirect :)
