Requirement

If dynamic symbology is used, the Finder application should include a legend that includes the symbology and descriptor.

Notes

Need to clarify with business owner if adding a type field for symbology can handle this.

Based on 7/30 conversation with DOHMH, this would rely on the use of ArcGIS Online service for symbology. We wouldn't be able to control legend dynamically using the csv symbology field.
