Create a profile sub-page for users

Create a simple sub-page for users to see their basic info.

When logged in, add a a down arrow and drop down navigation under the user's name.

Add
• Profiili / Profile
• Kirjaudu ulos / Log out

Under the new profile-page, display:
"• Nimi ja sähköposti: / Name and email: [Name and email -string – use solution from #433 ]
• Organisaatio(t): / Organization(s): [List all user organizations in bullet point]
-If user has no org's, display: Ei jäsenyyksiä / No memberships

• Oikeustaso: / User-rights level: ["Julkaisija / Publisher" for admin, "Julkaisuehdotukset / Draft proposals" for regular and "Ei oikeuksia / None" for no rights.
