Add feature for adding subevents to an existing superevent

Addition of a sub-event to an existing super-event (only recurring-type, not umbrella) should be made available under the existing super-event.

Existing dates should remain uneditable, however the editing form should now have the button for adding individual dates available (not the recurring-tool).

This issue should only be done after #402
