Add Meta Tags to Increase SEO Performance

I would like to add meta tags to improve the SEO performance of the website.
@thevirengarg Please assign me this issue under GSsoc 2024.
Current index.html looks like:

Point down the features

Meta tags can help search engines better understand the content of our pages, leading to improved visibility and higher rankings. Hence , adding of new meta tags like description and author for index.html , about.html , feedback.html and desvg.html is needed.
