Currently there is a dirty dirty hack which does the max thrust of pi/2 for both. This is not scientifically correct and needs to be fixed.

Fixed the RAAN. But the inclination still does not work at all. I have no idea why. The equations are correct. All this blows my mind.

Inclination still broken. Also does not work even when running continuous code and the initial control law or any other variant. I suspect that's just due to Ruggerio, so I'm going to work on #10 (and its tests in #8 ) before completing this issue.
