What part of WinUtil are you having issues with?

Provide a clear and concise description of the issue.
The export function successfully creates a 2KB config JSON file. When inspected with Notepad++, all the selected tweaks and applications are correctly listed inside the file. However, when trying to import this file via the 'Import Profile' button, the GUI does absolutely nothing. No checkboxes are ticked, and no settings are applied.
List the tweaks you applied before the issue occurred.
No specific tweaks were broken directly, the issue is that the tool fails to read and parse the imported JSON profile back into the GUI.
