Assertion failing for certain themes, crash

Unrelated, upon picking a character that has judge buttons but selecting a theme devoid of information regarding wtce buttons, this will cause the client to try to check for an index that is out of range, leading to a failed assert, forcefully closing the client.

This is probably the case for other systems since they seem to have made with a lot of copy & paste.

The theme GM Mode v2 is one such theme that will fail to pass the assertion.
