한 PR에 한 문제를 리뷰하려고 했으나,
브랜치 전략을 너무 고려하지 못하여서 한 PR에 여려문제가 올라갑니다 ㅠ

PR 규칙 변경으로

해당 주차 문제는 PR하나로 관리 ( 2문제를 모두 푼 사람만 나머지 분들 PR 리뷰 )
추가적으로 리뷰 받고 싶은 문제는 따로 branch 생성하여 PR
