Describe the problem to be solved

At the moment, when the subtitles list is enabled (Show transcription), clicking on any subtitle line of a (paused or playing) video will cause it to start playing (from the beginning of that line), just like clicking on the play button would do, which is fine.
If a viewer who is reading the subs wants to pause the video, so as to controllably move the subs up or down to find and click on an other specific line, he have to previously draw his attention from the subs and click on the video, so as to be able to see and click on the pause button, which process is not that convenient.

Describe the solution you would like

What I would suggest, is just the clicking on the active subtitle line, while the video is playing, to pause it.

Clicking on it while the video is paused or on any other line while the video is playing or paused, should keep its current nice play-button-like function.

Thank you for the great project of Peertube.
