Quick item: I'd like to briefly call attention to vasild's bitcoin core PR to add a privacy option to silently broadcast new txs for two reasons:

1. His PR is easy to understand conceptually and is super cool and useful. But after some good early review activity last year, it's kind of gone stale.

2. After meeting him in Oslo, I wanted to figure out how I could help get his PR unstuck. My C++ is way too rusty to offer any useful code review. But with 440+ comments on that PR, other devs noted that it's hard to get started in there. I asked a few devs if a summary of the discussions thus far would help. Got lots of enthusiastic "Yes, do it! Please!" And so I wrote that summary.

So I'd like to mention this both as a "hey, I hope this summary is useful, now go and review this dang PR!" and if the summary is actually useful, encourage others to maybe do the same for other PRs and/or point ME to other PRs that could benefit from a similar effort.
