can we specify "not owned" address in config/config.yaml ?

Hello !

If i will specify someone else address in config/config.yaml, will they get the reward ?

And is there possibility to get total plots all over the different PCs, who has specified my address for example ?

lets say me and my friend will both set farming address of 3rd person.
How can this 3rd person know total amount of plots on each of this PCs that refer to my address ?
