Add traditional website explorer search functionality to GUI, for those running Full Nodes with the full blockchain database

With many farmers having the full blockchain database, this seems like an ideal scenario for a searchable explorer in the GUI displaying data typically found on traditional blockchain explorer websites (and more data that might be too costly to serve).

Bonus Points: a way for 3rd party explorers (or dapps) to tap into the resource? (similar to wallet-only mode connecting to full nodes?)

Imagine an existing explorer like Spacescan can make a downloadable plugin that can be added to the default application, similar to how "Tools" are being added, in full_node mode plugins could utilize the existing database but in wallet-only mode they could poll other nodes to gather and crunch the data to display what users desire, so rather than replace Spacescan you offer them a path forward as a plugin.
