Why can't Multix find my account?

Make sure Multix is authorized in your extension

On Polkadot-js extension

• Navigate to the Setting > Manage Website Access
• Type "multix" and make sure it's allowed
  

On Talisman

• Make sure you have at least an account connected with Multix
• Click on "not connected" at the top and connect an account
