Why can't Multix find my account?

A known issue may appear in case you have several wallets in your browser. Make sure that you have only 1 wallet extension connected to Multix. This is the error you may see. To solve it temporarily, please de-activate or uninstall the extensions you don't use.
- Navigate to the Setting > Manage Website Access
- Type "multix" and make sure it's allowed
- Make sure you have at least an account connected with Multix
- Click on "not connected" at the top and connect an account
