Issue: I downloaded this earlier today to try and convert a short mp4 video to a theora file (ogv), but the result was a bricked 92byte file that somehow breaks several functions of my file manager (and in one case, my computer). The file refuses to delete, move, or be renamed. Trying to force delete the file with shift+delete doesn't work, and using the del command in the windows CLI doesn't work either. To make matters worse, when I try to restart my PC in safe mode it refuses to do so, only showing me a black screen.
I have no clue why or how the conversion program does this, but this is a highly damaging bug.
