We don't have it (see glGet), but I don't think it is important so I am for closing this.

They are the parameters for anti aliasing.
I think the question is : What do you want webglreport to be ?
If it is about the important webgl parameters then probably not.
If it should be as complete as possible : yes
I think in the latter case it should be a box below framebuffer (with an arrow from framebuffer to anti aliasing / multisampling which contains the multi sampling parameters.
