Prerequisites

  • Put an X between the brackets on this line if you have done all of the following:

Description

Once I have the room reservation created, I click the "Add Event Link" button and it takes me to the screen where I can choose an existing event or a new event.
I choose "Existing Event" and select my event from the drop down menu.
I then click Next and it takes me to a screen to re-input the details instead of the details already being filled in. Even if I don't fill in any additional details, it still creates a duplicate event on our calendar site.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Create a reservation
  2. Click "Add Event Link" after event is saved
  3. Click "Existing Event"
  4. Choose Existing Event
  5. Click Next
  6. Fill in info then click Next
  7. Confirm calendar event is being created
  8. Click Finish
  9. Look at your calendar page and see an additional event created

Expected behavior:

When clicking "Existing Event" the info should auto populate on the next page and not create a new event that doesn't have the existing registration and other info that was previously created

Actual behavior:

When clicking "Existing Event", the only info that auto-populates is the date/time and even if you delete that info, it still creates a new event.
