Adding note when location or resource is denied

Ability to add a note as to why a location and/or resource is being denied.

When denial button is clicked, a text box becomes available for notes to be entered as to why it is being denied. That note is then included in the email that is sent out as part of the workflow.

Wondering if editing workflow would be a solution?? Currently we've asked approvers to send a separate email with info on why something was denied.
