Is there a way to create a properties file from an existing Mysql database?

Is there a way to create a properties file from an existing Mysql database?

Cellprofiler wrote a Mysql database but had an error at the end, froze up during post processing, and did not generate a properties file. Is there a way I can reference the existing database and rewrite a properties file without reanalyzing a few hundred images?
