What we need is a HomeCard component like this, where there will be an image with overlay text and link, there may or may not be a description like in the example picture,
If you can, add an hover animation to enlarge the whole card and highlight the link

For now keep a random text/image

Design this such that there would be 2 such cards in a row, and for mobile screens, they become 2 in a column
