scientificName and scientificNameAuthorship issues in the 2024-12-19 release

I downloaded the DwC version of the release from CLB and got a ZIP file with Taxon.tsv, which has just the 7 fields

dwc:parentNameUsageID
dwc:acceptedNameUsageID
dwc:taxonomicStatus
dwc:taxonRank
dwc:scientificName
dwc:scientificNameAuthorship

There are content and format issues in the last 2 fields. As many as I could find are in the attached 2 files. As far as I can tell, none of these issues are "lexical variant" problems, but instead represent incomplete or invalid content, or low-level formatting mistakes that affect usability of the data.

@yroskov some of the npsp's 0xa0 are from the Fossil Gingkoales ACEF AC19 dataset which we host ourselves.
I have updated those Florin name authorships and reimported the list, but did not sync it.

All the rest from above still remains to be cleaned!
