Plex Auto Delete - Exceptions

In what file should the feature be added?
plex_auto_delete.py

What is the feature request?
My understanding with this script is that it currently has two settings:

1. Target all series
2. Target specific series

Would it be possible to add a third option please:
3. Avoid specific series.

I have limited storage and very few series that I want to keep after watching. At the moment, I believe to keep those series, I would need to build a list of the series for the script to update with "delete after a day", then every time a new series is added, remember to add that series to the script. So I... may as well use the UI?
