strange problem with netflix kodi addon

I have this strange problem: I have installed the netflix kofi addon on two different android tv box years ago. Some days ago it has stopped working in one device, only one in the other it is still working correctly. I have tried with nfauthenticator key but it answer "error, the email field it is empty".
