What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Compile and run chapter 13 Block_redux example.

OpenGL window just shows white screen instead of scene.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

Setting double buffering is missing when specifying pixel attributes:
WGL_DOUBLE_BUFFER_ARB, GL_TRUE, // Double buffered context
