@csdaw - Starting writing a SILAC vignette. Would you mind updating the psm_silac_p4 and pep_silac_p4 objects so they have a greater intersection. As it stands, they only share 8 sequences, which makes them less than ideal for demonstrating estimate_incorporation(). I guess the easiest thing to do is to just create them in the same script so you can use the same sample of 100 proteins. I'd update myself, but I don't think I have access to the raw data. Happy to do so if you can share though
