[Bug]: Mindustry download version doesn't update for patch updates

Prerequisites

• I have written a descriptive issue title.
• I have searched all issues/PRs to ensure it has not already been reported or fixed.
• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Package Name

mindustry

Expected/Current Behaviour

All new releases should lead to the latest Mindustry, including 144.3 versions.

Steps to Reproduce

Install mindustry, and then check between the Scoop version (today 144.0) and latest Github version (144.3).

Possible Solution

Modify the regex for version check, to take into account patch releases (according to semver).
OR
Use the latest dynamic link to latest release, no need for autoupdate therefore less load on the server.

All latest (v0.3.1 - Released at 2022-11-15)
