ui reporting - report generation in background

• large reports can take a long time while blocking the current tab completely
• is it possible to stop a running report generation process?

• what happens to the half-finished report - can it be displayed as half-finished?
• what about the RSB fetches - could we also pause/cancel these?

Single tasks:

• turn "Generate Report" button into "Cancel report generation" button
• switch button color to red while report is running
• when cancel button is clicked: stop report and turn button into original blue "Generate Report" version
• when report finished: turn button into original blue "Generate Report" version
• UI reporting - stopped generation - CPU load goes to 100% for FWO.Ui with each click #1319
• could we even have a "pause/resume" functionality?
• alternatively/ideally: move report generation into background task, making UI responsive and displaying a symbol when report has been generated
• alternatively simply allow for writing the report to the archive
