[Feature request]: Upcoming and Happening Now tabs #36

Request: Split events into "Upcoming" and "Happening Now" tabs based on whether the start date is in the future or the end date is in the future.

Purpose: To distinguish between events which are currently ongoing and events which are in the future but not yet active.

CactusPuppy added the enhancement label
