MWE code to reproduce the bug and in this case it's stuck from the very fist step.
import cuqi import matplotlib.pyplot as plt import numpy as np np.random.seed(0) uniform = cuqi.distribution.Uniform(np.array([0.0]), np.array([1.0])) sampler = cuqi.experimental.mcmc.NUTS(uniform, initial_point=np.array([0.1])) sampler.warmup(10) samples = sampler.get_samples() samples.plot_trace()
