The City of Muskegon has a (potential) logo that is 300x36.

When used as is, it does not render well in the site header (height is too small to read):

Some options here are:

in the site header, resize logos to a minimum height
on the settings page, give inline guidance (or a requirement) on dimensions for the site logo
