[ENHANCEMENT] Implement AND , OR and multi-word strings in the Search field

Describe the solution you'd like
I'd like to be able to logical operators when searching for tables in the Search field.

Examples

• Houses AND 2023 will return tables that contain "Houses" and "2023"
• Houses AND (Prices OR Cost)
• Houses NOT Cost

At the moment the search seems a bit fuzzy. Just now I searched for "Type of Assets" including the double quotes and I thought that would do an exact string search. Instead it returned tables that contained Assets (non-exhaustive description)
