[BUG] The Periods selection when downloading the CSV Data file isn't working

The Periods selection when downloading the CSV Data file from Update isn't working.
It should allow a user to make a selection of the available Periods so they don't have to download the entire dataset.

Go to Build - Update
Select a table
Scroll down to Data.
Click on Download CSV Data
Make a selection of some of the available Periods and click on Download CSV Data
The selection process doesn't work and all of the periods have been downloaded to the CSV.
