A basic Terraform deployment is provided that should be reasonably easily for GA to modify it or extract out relevant components for their AWS environments. This "works on my machine" in that i can deploy it to an instance at dggs.loci.cat (though currently it isn't deployed and state is managed locally not on terraform cloud).
