Replicating the analysis

Replicate the analyses with:

• Reproduce the data subsets with main.R in each catalog-specific subfolder in code/
• Then generate the combined data with code/data/data.R
• Then run the final analyses with code/final/main.R

Data

To generate the data used in the analyses, do the following:

• Navigate to code/ folder
• Run code/data/data.R

This will load the combined data set and store it.
