志愿者报名表无法提交的BUG #36

志愿者报名功能在个别用户的环境中无法正常提交数据，都触发了 jquery 的错误提示：“抱歉，系统出了一点儿小问题，请稍后重试！”。

案例1:

360安全浏览器 8.1
Win7 32位旗舰版
IE 10

案例2:

电信 20M
XP 32位
360安全浏览器 8.1
刷新后正常

案例3:

XP 64位
360安全浏览器 8.1
更换 IE 8 提交成功
