As a doer, I want a habit event to have an optional photograph to record what happened.

Acceptance Criteria

In the habit event edit page and the habit event add page, add a photo option.
Make the photo choice be optional.
Add a photo image.
Have it be that the user adds an image or takes a photo once the photo bubble is clicked. (Gallery)
When viewing an individual habit, add the text "Photo" and under it the taken picture.
