As a doer, I want a habit title to be up to 20 characters and habit reason to be up to 30 characters.

Acceptance Criteria

In the habit edit and habit add pages, include a title edit-text-view and a reason edit-text-view.
Add a letter limit of 20 characters to the title editing text-view on both the edit habit page and the add habit page.
Add a letter limit of 30 characters to the reason editing text-view on both the edit habit page and the add habit page.
