Coding spreadsheets still use ANODE, BNODE pairs instead of ABB #44

This means that benefit of ABB ID (namely, being able to have both a baselink and a skeleton link between the same two nodes) is lost until this is changed.

This may be complicated when it comes to the Import GTFS Bus Routes tool, for which the input files are built strictly from nodes. These input files could never have ABB values stored in them (nor would we want them to), but the backend logic could figure them out on the fly.
