“HLS等待时间”无法设置为10秒。
将“HLS等待时间”设置为10秒，重启软件变为15秒。

已修复并推送到 2976fe3 ，可以在设置界面打开Dev分支开关更新到最新Dev分支体验。

GUI_Dev,版本:3.4.2.907(编译时间戳:2023-03-22 18:19:25)
=======更新内容========
1、修复GUI里HLS的等待时间设置为10无法保存的问题
2、将HLS的录制输出文件名时间修正为任务开始时间

在最新的Ver3.4.3.915正式版中已经全量推送更新修复这个内容
