I'd like to request a better way to differentiate between case numbers in new-post emails. Currently, each "new post" email lists the VU# only in the subject and not the body. Listing it in the body would be helpful.
In other support/ticketing systems, the topic of the ticket is listed in the email, making it easier to differentiate between tickets without having to have each ticket number memorized.
I understand that including the case subject is not possible in VINCE for security reasons. Perhaps an alternative would be to generate an identicon (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Identicon) for each case, and show that identicon in both the email and the case web page. This would make it much easier to tell at a glance if it's a case that I need to be reading every email in, or one that I'm only peripherally involved in.
