[BUG] Missing Arrow Icon in Demo Identifier Creation

Describe the bug
The arrow icon in step 1 of the identifier creation demo in the UI appears to be missing or not rendering properly. In the numbering area marked with "1", there should be a visible arrow indicator but only a faint gray outline is visible.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to the demo identifier creation interface at https://ezid.cdlib.org
2. Observe the numbered step "1" section
3. Look at the arrow indicator area within the red box
4. Notice the missing/faint arrow that should be clearly visible

Expected behavior
The arrow icon should be clearly visible and properly rendered within step 1 of the interface.
