When someone disconnects their internet, a player with an 'Unknown' tag appears and they log back into the server after reconnecting their internet and kill the logger gaining the items.

What is your minecraft version, and CombatTagPlus version? Also, please gist your config.yml.

Please use the latest dev build. The version you are using is very old.
