docker-compose up very slow

when I what to bring the cluster up by docker-compose up ,
I found it very slow, it took almost a year, and I try some way, but still not resolved.

Hi @zbtzbtzbt sorry for late reply, I was on vacation before.
Can you suspect which is the root cause of slow? Downloading images from docker hub is slow or docker-compose is slow itself?
Can you provide the system you're running?
